Shipping Information

• All items are shipped F.O.B. Buffalo, New York.
• A standard freight per box is charged for each order. We are constantly striving to minimize this cost for you, the customer.
• Shipping will be via ground from a major carrier. Most orders should arrive within five days of being processed. If you need it sooner, overnight and 2nd BUSINESS day air service is available when ordering. Second Day Business orders must be in hand by Tuesday 5 PM EST for delivery that week.
• Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped 2nd business day at applicable rates.
• Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from when they are received.
• We are not shipping Internationally at this point - including Canada.

Sales Tax

New York State residents are not charged tax for grocery items or shipping.

• A General description including ingredients and nutritional information, as well as what truly makes this product stand out.
• Digital photograph of product/packaging/label
• History or "story" behind the product
• Sizes and pack size
• Quantity per case
• Kosher Status (or Halal)
• Manufacturing location
• Quality control process
• Pricing delivered to Buffalo, NY
• Lead time on orders - minimums, etc.
• Product Liability coverage
• Established large scale distribution (currently), if any
